I’m so grateful that my aspirations to attend college were fulfilled. This was made possible through the combined efforts of my hardworking parents, resourceful Carroll recruiters with their provision of scholarships and financial aid, and by the grace of God!
The Carroll experience was amazing in so many ways. Although I was less than 30 miles away from home, I was in a world apart from what I had known. The robust campus life led to a foundational love of learning, deep-rooted friendships, and an appreciation for educational rigor, service, and fun—not necessarily in that order!
Although my gifting to Carroll since graduation has been modest, there is no better time than now, in my opinion, to celebrate our 50th college reunion with a commitment to giving. With that in mind, I urge others in our class to continue or to start to support the University now and in the years ahead by contributing to our class gift. What a joyful way to thank Carroll and provide for others!
